What started as a “light-touch” remodel project ended with quite a transformation of this late 1990’s build in Salt Lake City.  The views and incredible light are the selling points, so the rest of the house just had to catch up!  Gone was all the dark woodwork, red cherry floors, brown granite, and traditional mouldings- in was a modern remodel that let the owners breathe easy and enjoy family time.
