- We curate furniture, lighting, and decorative elements that are uniquely suited to your space, often including bespoke or to-the-trade pieces you won’t find in retail showrooms.

- Purchasing, receiving, and storage coordination
- We manage all orders and vendor communications, ensuring products are delivered correctly and safely stored until installation.
- White-glove delivery and installation
- Our logistics team arranges careful delivery and placement of all furnishings and decor, minimizing disruption and ensuring a polished final result.
- Personalized styling of each space

Remodel / Build Design
For clients working with a contractor on renovations or remodels, we provide design expertise that integrates seamlessly with the construction process. We focus on selections, layouts, and visual planning while partnering with your builder to maintain design integrity from concept through completion.

- We begin with inspiration, creating mood boards that capture the overall tone, materiality, and design vision tailored to the unique parameters of your remodel.
- Selection of finishes, fixtures, cabinetry, and hardware
- From tile and countertops to plumbing and cabinet pulls, we help you select finishes that elevate the space while aligning with your lifestyle, aesthetic, and budget.
- Space planning and coordination with existing architecture
- We reimagine floor plans and traffic flow within the existing structure, ensuring that each space functions beautifully and makes the most of architectural opportunities.
- Sourcing furnishings and accessories post-construction
- Once the bones are in place, we curate furniture, rugs, lighting, and art to complete the space, giving your remodel the warmth and personality it deserves.
- Detailed specifications for contractor reference
- We provide builders with clear, annotated documents outlining material selections, fixture specs, and install notes to avoid confusion and ensure design accuracy on-site.
- Communication with builders and trades to support the vision
- Our team stays involved throughout construction, liaising with contractors and trades to ensure that every design detail is executed with intention.
- Procurement support and delivery coordination
- We can manage or assist with ordering, tracking, and delivery logistics to ensure your items arrive on time and in good condition, ready for install.
- Styling assistance to complete the space
- After construction wraps, we assist with final styling, layering in decor, accessories, and personal touches to bring the finished space to life.
Studio policies
Communication
Please contact us during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm). We’ll respond within one business day. Phone or email only; no texts, please.
On-site meetings require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Changes & Cancellations
All changes to project scope, design, or remodel plans must be confirmed in writing. Email is acceptable, but texts are not.
Custom products require a 100% deposit, are non-returnable, and nonrefundable.
Kirby Kelly Studio (KKS) fees are nonrefundable but may be credited toward replacement products or services.
Billing & Payment
All time spent addressing design-related matters, whether in person, by phone, email, or text, is billable. This includes design questions, product sourcing, and revisions to plans.
Deposits will be collected as needed, with invoicing on a monthly basis.
Applicable sales tax will be included on all invoices.
Storage, shipping, delivery, restocking, and moving fees will be passed through to the client as incurred.
Accepted Payment Methods
Check, or ACH transfer via QuickBooks Online.
Travel Time
Travel outside Salt Lake, Utah, Summit, or Weber Counties will be billed at $350 per day, plus reimbursable travel expenses. Travel costs are in addition to our standard service fees.
